Residential Cleaners & Housekeepers

Payrate is Between $17.00 AND $25.00 AN HOUR

We are currently seeking experienced candidates to join our team of cleaners.

You must be able to work alone and with a team of people.

Typical cleaning dutie includes:

general sanitation (dusting, wiping down, sweeping, mop & vacuuming}
changing linens
laundry
tidying areas
organization of spaces, pantries or closets
deep cleaning of refrigerators, ovens and range hoods

All candidates must have the following qualifications:

be legal able to work in the U.S.
be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
ability to lift up to 30lbs if needed
knowledge of chemicals that will be used
pays keen attention to detail
be TRUSTWORTHY...Background checks and Reference checks are done

Residential Cleaning Team Leaders

Payrate is Between $22.00 AND $30.00 AN HOUR

We are currently seeking experienced candidates to join and lead our team of cleaners.

You must be able to lead a team of 2-4 people.

Typical cleaning dutie includes:

Inspection if homes or apartments after cleaning team has completed their assignment
supervising cleaners and delegating tasks
managing supplies
communicating directly with the client and making sure everything was completed to their satisfaction

All candidates must have the following qualifications:

be legal able to work in the U.S.
be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
be TRUSTWORTHY...Background checks and Reference checks are done
must have 1-3 years experience in residential cleaning and at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Office Cleaners

Payrate is Between $18.00 AND $22.00 AN HOUR

Our company is currently seeking experienced candidates to join our team of office cleaners.

You must be able to work alone and or with a team of people.

Typical cleaning duties includes:

cleaning of specific workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways and bathrooms
sweeping, mopping of hard wood floors & vacuuming of carpeted areas
dusting and vacuuming of furniture
dusting and polishing various surfaces
restocking the bathrooms with supplies
empty all trash cans

All candidates must have the following qualifications:

be legal able to work in the U.S.
be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
prior knowledge of office cleaning
knowledge of chemicals that will be used
pays keen attention to detail
physical stamina
time management
able to pass a background check and drug test
